- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card numbers or full payment details on our servers.

We use your information solely to fulfill your booking, confirm your ride, coordinate with your assigned driver, and communicate with you about your trip. We may also use your contact information to send booking confirmations and important updates related to your service.
3. We Do Not Sell Your Data
SlaGo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data Retention
Booking records are retained for 3 years for legal, accounting, and operational purposes. After this period, records are securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.
