1. Service Description
SlaGo provides one-way airport drop-off transportation in premium electric vehicles (EVs). We do not provide return trips or airport pickup services. Our service area includes Missouri City, Sugar Land, Stafford, and surrounding areas, with drop-off at Houston-area airports including George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU).
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are prepaid through our secure checkout process. Prices are flat-rate and include transportation for up to 4 passengers and up to 4 standard check-in bags. Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms of Service.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable. No-shows (failure to appear at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time) are non-refundable. To request a cancellation, email team@slago.madethis.ai with your booking details.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must be ready at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled pickup time. SlaGo drivers will wait a reasonable amount of time; however, SlaGo is not responsible for missed flights due to late passenger arrival, traffic delays, or any circumstances beyond our control. It is the passenger's responsibility to allow sufficient time for airport check-in and security.
5. Luggage Limits
Standard service includes transportation of up to 4 standard check-in bags per booking. Oversized bags, extra-large items, sports equipment, or additional bags beyond the standard limit must be disclosed at the time of booking using the notes field. SlaGo reserves the right to decline transport of items that cannot safely or legally fit in the vehicle. Additional luggage fees may apply for extra or oversized items.
6. Driver Standards
All SlaGo drivers undergo background checks (criminal and motor vehicle record) prior to activation. SlaGo drivers operate approved 2021 or newer premium electric vehicles. SlaGo drivers operate as independent contractors and are not employees of SlaGo. SlaGo maintains standards for driver conduct and vehicle quality to ensure a premium experience for every passenger.
7. Limitation of Liability
SlaGo's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. SlaGo is not liable for delays, missed flights, or losses caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, accidents, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. SlaGo is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen property.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas.
